Read the full ICR statement here. 30 April 2010 ICO calls on municipalities to respect the Constitution, laws and Comprehensive Status ProposalMunicipalities must respect each others’ competences, especially in regard to construction permits, the ICO said in a statement today. ICR visits stakeholders in the United States of AmericaICR Pieter Feith travelled to the USA in May 2010 to report to key stakeholders on the progress of the ICO's mandate implementation. He made a speech at the US Institute of Peace, gave a presentation at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and met with officials at the State Department. Mr Feith was also received in Washington, D.C. by Senator George Voinovich (Republican, Ohio) and Senator Jeanne Shaheen (Democrat, New Hampshire). Read more about the visit here.
